Ticket Availability

Tickets for Reagan Theatre shows typically go on sale here two weeks before opening night.  During the week of the show, tickets may be purchased in person during lunch periods in the Fine Arts ticket window from our parent volunteers.

NEISD Employees

NEISD STAR Pass Holders

Please contact Mr. James Kaiser (210-356-1828 or email jkaise@neisd.net) and let us know which night you would like to see the show.  Your ticket will be placed in WILL CALL.

Group Tickets

Groups of 10 or more are eligible for special pricing.  Please contact Mr. Kaiser (jkaise@neisd.net) to set up your group tickets.

Season Ticket Patrons

Patrons who purchase season tickets will create an account with BookTix where they will be able to choose their own seats for each production.  Any questions regarding season tickets should be routed to the Reagan Theatre office.  Please be aware that the ticket system will want you to use all of your seats on the same show night.  If you would like to spread your tickets out over different nights, please email us at rrhstheatre@gmail.com, indicate which nights and how many tickets.  We will complete your order and email your tickets to you or hold them at Will Call.

Refunds & Exchanges

There are no refunds.  Because we are a non-profit and other NEISD policies, we are prohibited from offering refunds.  We are happy to exchange your tickets for any other show should you not be able to attend on the night for which you purchased your tickets.  However, we must be notified IN ADVANCE of the ticketed show.  We cannot issue exchanges after the fact.
